I baked this cake for our last class of cake decorating. It is a brigadeiro cake a Brazilian recipe.

Fall 2012, Cake decorating class was amazing, I learned so much!! We did not only work on techniques but we help with the KCC Homecoming Event and we participated on the Cake decoration Competition at Javits Center, all cakes got bronze.
