Me and Chef got to the line for a Cronut at Dominique Ansel Bakery at 5am, and there were 6 people in line already, when was 7:30 Chef Dominique went outside to tell us that the machine broke and we would have to wait until 11am, since we couldn't wait he gave us tickets to comeback later, and we did. I could not resist buying many others to try. My favorite was DKA croissant and Cannele de bordeaux even more than cronut. Everything was really good, the cronut has a great texture but a little oily. Check out this link to learn about cronut.
