Star Wars Cake

It was a great practicing to make this cake, took me a long time to made the characters which I made ahead. It was a red velvet cake with traditional cream cheese icing. I made one for test and tasted really good.

I got an order of two cake which one is a cake doll, so before i do it I decide to make one as practice.
This is my first cake doll. Devil food cake with 2 layers of chocolate butter cream and two of ganache.

After a week or so, I made the real one, both cakes have the same flavor.
