Volunteer adventure

March 2013, US Pastry Competition ( professional and students). It was awesome to be around great Chefs. Hopefully I will be competing next year :)

KCC Homecoming 2012. We made decorated cookies, cupcakes it was great, I learned a lot :)

September 2012. Today was a busy day I worked at two events.
At morning, at Chef Star Pastry Competition, I was behind the scene helping chef during the competition, the event in general was really nice with great food.

Second volunteer of the day was awesome at James Beard Foundation, it was a event with Chefs from Brooklyn, me and another student from KCC were giving the chefs a hand,  the food was great.

September 2012. My first volunteer work was at Pig Island with Clay Gordon. It was a awesome experience, i had a lot fun.
He made a fondue with chocolate, beer and fat from the bacon that  was frying the whole event. It was delicious. The longest line, everyone was doing to get a piece of crispy bacon dipped in the chocolate fondue. Clay Gordon knows everything about chocolate since the root. Check out his interview at
