Made from Sarabeth's Bakery cookbook

I really like this book, all the recipes tested so far  had great results and easy to make, some are more challenge than others but overall anyone with a basic understanding in the kitchen will enjoy it.
Challah bread, instead of baking two breads I decide to work on a big one, because of that it took longer to bake and created a thick crust, but was soft and delicious.



Ruby cake, very easy to make and tasty, best when fresh.



Margaret's Espresso Cake, really good!!!



Strawberry Ice Cream, for me was a little too sweet, but very creamy.
